I havent take them off the car since fitting, but they are easy to fit and remove. For me, this did not matter much because the installation is the same as my old Bose headphones, the installation process took around 2-3 minutes roughly. However, as soon as I plug in the external speaker using the non-mic cord, it mutes the audio in from the headset and my students at home cant hear a word I say.
