The sound quality is great on this--music and other audio sounds excellent and the volume is so much higher than the Plantronics headset I had. The materials and workmanship are top quality and the price was much lower than other sites. While using it, I noticed some crackling as well. Easy to get on and off, very comfy and look really nice with pants or dress! It does not drop tottally out of the way of the hatch but you can get things out pretty easily. We are using them to connect to Zoom which downgrades the quality a bit. They worked great and were exactly what I was looking for. Son chinas pero muy bien hechas!
