I tried to duplicate the issue but they never stopped playing. Haven?t had any issues with it yet. A note on Birkenstocks in general: I have had one pair of Birks that I didnt like. I chose this particular waist trainer because it had three rows of eye hooks on each section, to make it through 3 different sizes. It wears down to the bottom and becomes uncomfortable. The strap that wraps across the top of the foot had more space, but they were not more wide and still dont fit. The only thing is the description says every button is programmable through software but no software to program buttons is provided just the driver.
