Makes me believe I was sent a knockoff and not a genuine JBL product. I use this headset all day. I can turn on a zone(or manually run an entire schedule) while sitting in my gazebo or on vacation a half world away. I got the orangish/red and its very very soft and a good weight. I really wish I could have given this 5 stars, because it really is almost perfect. Amazing for the price. Only color out in green 10 oh well got tan comfy wear remains to be determined. Overall, however, Im happy with the rack. Other cases I have had in the past always loosened and eventually fell off, but I don?t think this one will. You might end up with a very used pair of shoes.
